Description Optibac Bifido & Fibre is a high-quality supplement containing the renowned strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12®, researched in thousands of people in gold standard clinical trials, combined with 4g of Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) fibres to increase gut bacteria.
